Play drinking games and poker, compete in car races and shooting challenges. Take on these challenges to earn money and immerse yourself in the island's lifestyle... when you're not fighting for your life.

Travel by land, sea or air

Race through foliage, fly over deep canyons and traverse the island with hang gliders, boats, trucks, jeeps and atvs.

Or for the expedition adventurers, use fast travel between any two save locations.

Team Deathmatch

The team with the most kills wins.

Transmission

Capture & hold the active transmitter to earn points.

Firestorm

Set fire to enemy supply depots. Igniting all enemy depots starts a firestorm. Then capture a radio transmitter to eradicate the losing team.

Domination

Capture & hold a a majority of nodes to win.

Loadouts, skills and equipment

Players get full control of the loadouts used in co-op & multiplayer, including weapons, attachments, equipment and special skills. Because teamwork is core to the multiplayer experience, all loadouts include Battle Cries and Team Support, encouraging everyone to fight together.

Decode to unlock new weapons

Acquire devices containing encrypted data by playing the game in co-op or multiplayer, then decode them to unlock unique weapon combinations. Decoding speed boots can be shared with your friends to help them decrypt their own data, and you can share your rewards as well. You can decode in-game or online through Far Cry HQ.

Interactive end-of-match cinematics

After each match, choose to punish or show mercy to your foes in fun and twisted ways with interactive cutscenes.

Exact your revenge
